bgd89 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To register and use bgd89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bgd89 reserves the right to verify eligibility at account registration, before processing any withdrawal, and at any other point during the account lifecycle.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bgd89 is strictly an adults-only platform. If you are under 18, you must not register, deposit, or play.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on bgd89 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or play.
• Personal account: You must be registering an account for your own personal use only. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended bgd89 account. Each player is entitled to one account only.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.

bgd89 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds (including deposits and winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. bgd89 employs age-gating measures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time.

To access the full range of bgd89's services — including real-money gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

Upon completing the registration form, you will receive a verification communication to your registered email address or mobile number. You must complete this verification step to activate your account. bgd89 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bgd89 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify bgd89 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bgd89 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials, or where the player has shared their credentials with a third party.

bgd89 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current available methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bgd89, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bgd89 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification (KYC) requirements. Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. bgd89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency: All transactions on bgd89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bgd89 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Anti-money laundering: bgd89 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bgd89 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. bgd89 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation of any suspected AML violation.

bgd89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new registrations, seasonal reload bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place eligible bets totalling ৳30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and crash games typically contribute 100% of each bet to wagering progress. Certain game types — including some table games and sports bets placed at odds below a specified minimum — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus misuse: bgd89 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse behaviours include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once; using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk; arbitrage betting across promotions; and any form of collusion or coordination with other players to exploit bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, bgd89 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the account permanently.

Modification and withdrawal of bonuses: bgd89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, bgd89 will honour any wagering progress already made at the time of withdrawal.

By using bgd89, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bgd89 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using bgd89 for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with bgd89.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with bgd89 games, the sports betting platform, or the bgd89 website in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to bgd89 immediately via [email protected]; failure to report and instead exploit a known vulnerability will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, sports event results, or odds through any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward bgd89 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party, or accessing bgd89 using another player's account credentials.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising technology to obscure your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the bgd89 platform or its games.

bgd89 reserves the right to investigate any account or activity that it reasonably suspects to be in violation of these obligations. During any such investigation, bgd89 may temporarily suspend access to the account and freeze account funds pending resolution. Where a violation is confirmed, bgd89 may take any or all of the remedial actions described in Section 7 (Account Suspension & Closure).

bgd89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by bgd89.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted via account settings or through the support team.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to the inactive account policy described below.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require bgd89 to restrict or close accounts in certain jurisdictions or circumstances.

Closure by the player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting bgd89 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bgd89 will process any pending withdrawal of real-money funds (subject to verification requirements) and close the account within five business days. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Inactive accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. bgd89 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder by email before applying any inactivity fee. An administrative fee may be deducted from the inactive account balance each calendar month until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. The specific inactivity fee applicable at any given time is displayed in the account settings section.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from bgd89 for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or play on bgd89. bgd89 will not accept responsibility if a self-excluded player gains access to the platform through a new or previously unlinked account. Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgd89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bgd89 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if bgd89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bgd89 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bgd89 accepts no liability for losses — including losses of potential winnings — arising from platform unavailability, game malfunctions, or technical errors caused by events beyond bgd89's reasonable control.

Game malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnections, server errors, or display glitches — the affected round may be declared void and any wager placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account. bgd89 will not pay out winnings from rounds affected by confirmed technical malfunctions. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all bgd89 casino games.

Dispute resolution: All disputes, complaints, and account queries must first be submitted to bgd89 via the live chat support function or by email to [email protected]. bgd89 commits to acknowledging all formal complaint submissions within 24 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days. bgd89 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and transparently. Players who remain dissatisfied following bgd89's final response are entitled to seek resolution through independent mediation or other remedies available under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gambling contract law. bgd89 does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any single national court system, and any dispute resolution process will take into account the international nature of online gambling services. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh.

Amendments to these Terms: bgd89 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bgd89 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of bgd89 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using bgd89 and may request account closure as described in Section 7.
